    In BULGARIA – it wouldn't occour to anyone that the cart needed to go anywhere, as boss I'd politely tell them the cart needed to go up the hill and when I came back the cart would be on bricks with its wheels missing. No one would know where the wheels were but they would all have new trainers. Id send someone off to buy new wheels and they would come back with skies. Id tell them to go get wheels but when I came back they would have fitted the skies to the cart sideways. Id tell them the cart needs to be at the top of the hill, go buy wheels like I asked and the next time I came back they would have tried to push the cart up the hill sideways because they could not be bothered to go buy wheels. It would have tipped over and crushed one of the employees, now all employees would be refusing to touch the cart because it was dangerous. I would go buy wheels and pull the cart up the hill myself. When I got to the top of the hill and received money for the goods on the cart my employees would be there with their hands out wanting a bonus for there stellar cart performance – all except the one who would be off selling your corporate cart secrets to your competitor. THEN he arrives wanting his bonus. That would be regarded a good cart day.

    The sad truth is most mid to upper management do not want to rock the boat. They will not get rid of anyone who would be a problem, if anything they will fire there most productive workers because they are upsetting the rest of the team.

    I like the idea behind the animation (building a teamwork).Based on my experience,, this theory works best if you collect enough evidence before you labeling an employee as a PTM or a SP, and in order to do that, you need a clear performace evaluation criteria (everybody should know what exactly is evaluated and how), a clear and detailed code of conduct, and a mananger with a good sense of fairness – a Leader. Without these checks and balances mechansms, this approach may be vulerable to a misuse by those that will use it as an excuse to label certain other employees or a co-workers as "Potential Trouble Maker" or the "Suppressive Person" without enough evidence, for whatever reason.
