Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel for another video. Today I will be doing the free personality test on 16personalities.com So you guys can learn a little bit more about me and my personality according to this website. I do not know how factual it is or how scientific it is, but, you know, I’m just gonna give it a try. Which reminds me, if you like videos like this and you want me to make more or see more content, feel free to press the “Subscribe” button right down there or right down there. It will not interrupt this video and if you turn on your notifications you will be notified every time I upload a video. Okay. So obviously I will not answer all the questions on camera, because then this video will be three hours long. First question. You find it difficult to introduce yourself to other people. I mildly agree to that. You often get so lost in thoughts, that you ignore or forget your surroundings. I agree to that. You try to respond to your emails as soon as possible and cannot stand a messy inbox. Oh my god. Yes. You find it easy to stay relaxed and focused, even when there is some pressure. (scoffs) No. You do not usually initiate conversations Well, that depends actually. If I know them I’ll initiate a conversation. If I don’t know them — I’m not a strange person. I’m not weird. I wouldn’t just start talking to some random person. (inhales sharply) You rarely do something just out of sheer curiosity. That is so true. Being organized is more important to you than being adaptable. Yes. You are usually highly motivated and energetic. Have you met me? Jesus, no. You often feel as if you have to justify yourself to other people. It depends. You do not mind being at the center of attention. Well, that depends. If I put myself at the center of attention, I’m fine. If I’m put there not by my own will, I will react really badly. Unless I’m drunk. Then I’m probably fine. So… You consider yourself more practical than creative. Mm, I agree. People can really upset me. Joke of the century. Your travel plans are usually well thought out. Yes. You rarely worry about how your actions affect other people. Mm, it’s kind of true. Your work style is closer to random energy spikes than to a methodical and organized approach. Disagree. An interesting book or a video game is often better than a social event. The last social event I had was last night, which I did not attend. So I would agree. Being able to develop a plan and stick to it is the most important part of every project. Yes! Yes! You rarely get carried away by fantasies and ideas. Super disagree. If someone does not respond to your email quickly, you start worrying if you said something wrong. Not really. I get worried that they’ve not received it or they just don’t wanna answer. Your dreams tend to focus on the real world and its events. No. We’re halfway there. It does not take you much time to start getting involved in social activities in a new work place. Disagree. You are more of a natural improviser than a careful planner. Disagree. Your emotions control you more than you control them. Oh. Oh, honey. You often spend time exploring unrealistic and impractical, yet intriguing ideas. Yes. You would rather improvise than spend time coming up with a detailed plan. No. Hate improvisation. So I’m not really the type of person who would, you know, not have a plan and do something I need to have a plan, because I do not like the idea of just magicking something up, because it’ll mostly go to shit. If you had a business, you would find it very difficult to fire loyal but under-performing employees. Hey, I cannot even tell my friends, “You suck”. So… I would agree it would be difficult. Logic is usually more important than heart when it comes to making important decisions. Agree. Keeping your options open is more important than having a to-do list. Hmm, mildy disagree. If your friend is sad about something, you’re more likely to offer emotional support than suggest ways to deal with the problem. Disagree. I think it might be more useful to actually offer suggestions than “Oh, honey, I completely understand how you feel” NnnnNNNNnnn No. No no no. You have no difficulties coming up with a personal time table and sticking to it. It depends on what it’s for. Being right is more important than being cooperative when it comes to teamwork. I kind of agree. Because if you know it’s wrong and you’re in a team, cooperating in something you know is wrong will make it one colossal teamwork of a disaster. I would interpret that question as saying, “When you’re in a team, when you’re completing a project and there’s several ideas, let’s say the majority of the group has decided on an idea and they’ve gone along with it, but you know it’s wrong, how would being cooperative in something that is wrong give you better teamwork?” It’s still teamwork, but it’s still crap teamwork. So, to an extent, being right is kind of important than doing something for the sake of cooperation, but knowing it’s wrong. You frequently misplace your things. Disagree. Your mind is always buzzing with unexplored ideas and plans. (coughs) Agree. You would not call yourself a dreamer. Disagree. You usually find it difficult to relax when talking in front of many people. Kinda disagree. I find it difficult to relax before talking to a large group of people. But once I start talking, I become desensitized to that. Generally speaking, you rely more on your experience than your imagination. It’s kind of true. You worry too much. If the room is full, you stay closer to the walls, avoiding the center. Kind of agree. You have a tendency to procrastinate until there is not enough time to do everything. Disagree. You often take initiative in social situations. Disagree. Depends on what they mean by “social situations”. Ooh! I know what my personality type is! And it is… A… Logistician. It’s changed. I am more introverted than extroverted, which is obvious. I am more observant than I am intuitive now. I used to be more intuitive, but now I’m more observant. I think more than I feel. I judge more than I am prospecting. And I am very turbulent. The Logistician personality type is thought to be the most abundant, making up around 13% of the population. Their defining characteristics of integrity, practical logic, and tireless dedication to duty make logisticians a vital core to many families as well as organizations that uphold traditions, rules, and standards, such as law officers, regulatory bodies, and military. People with a logistician personality type enjoy taking responsibility for their actions… Huh?! No! …and take pride in the work they do. Logisticians hold back none of their time and energy completing each relevant task with accuracy and patience. Logisticians don’t make any assumptions, preferring instead to analyze their surroundings, check their facts, and arrive at practical courses of action. Logistician personalities are no nonsense and when they’ve made a decision, they will relay the facts necessary to achieve their goal, expecting others to grasp the situation immediately and take action. This is so… Nevermind. Logisticians have little tolerance for indecisiveness, but lose patience even more quickly if their chosen course is challenged with impractical theories, especially if they ignore key details. If challenges become time-consuming debates, logisticians can become noticeably angry as deadlines tick nearer. Wow! This is devastatingly accurate to me. Like, oh my god. (inhales sharply) Anyways guys, that’s kind of all I have for this video. I had a lot of fun with this, especially reading about me. So… More at the end. And it’s really cool!
