REACH – Real-Time web-based session

Conducting a Real-Time session with REACH The agent can create a template by simply
uploading a PDF into the platform. The document can now be adjusted and
input fields can be dragged and dropped into place. These input fields can be tagged to activate
simple data flow from the CRM into the document. By enabling the form view toggle the customer will be able to fill out the required
details in a user-friendly manner. Now, the agent can insert the customer’s contact
details and send him a link via SMS or email. The client can then simply click the link and
enter to a real-time web session with the agent. They can now easily chat, watch the document together
and even video chat without downloading an app. Both parties are now able to collaborate, fill out
and digitally sign the document in real-time. The agent can now virtually guide the customer
while enjoying web tools that allow each party to choose between a PDF or HTML display
of the document, to ease the process. The agent can even allow the customer
to upload required documents such as an ID card or a utility bill
and instantly review it. He can also share his screen with the customer to
easily show him a certain product or service. Once they’re finished, the customer
can approve completion of the session and a copy of the signed document will be
automatically sent to both sides via email and to the archive. The agent can now access all of the
outputs from the dashboard including the signed document, a complete audit trail, the additional documents uploaded by the customer and a sophisticated recording which includes
the annotations made in the document as well as the audio and video conversation of the parties.
