MeisterTask: Online Task Management and Team Collaboration

November 6, 2019

This is MeisterTask: An intuitive collaboration
and task management platform for your projects. Let me show you how it works! This is John’s desk. John is currently planning the launch for
his new company. This is John’s dashboard, where he can view
latest activities and view his active projects. Here, John can view all of the activities
related to his company launch. For now, John needs help with decorations
for his launch party. He can add checklist items, set a due date,
and can assign the task to a teammate – in this case, Sarah. Sarah is out at a coffee shop. With the companion app, she is instantly notified
of her new task. With a single swipe, Sarah can view her task
details, complete checklist items, and upload attachments from the camera. She can then comment on the task and bring
a third teammate, Mark, into the discussion. While 30,000 feet in the air, Mark receives
a notification regarding Sarah’s question. Mark can review the task activity and respond
to Sarah’s question within seconds. He can then quickly make the necessary updates
to the checklists. The task is now complete and the company launch
party is ready to go! Collaborating with your teammates and colleagues
has never been so easy! Discover a new way to manage projects with

I use project management software for keystone marketing projects – complex efforts that always seem to spin off a dozen new subtasks – for my clients. Usually have to assemble a new team for each keystone, so a simple, intuitive project management solution helps a lot.   Meister Task strikes the right balance for me. With the mobile app and project cloning to create templates my days are a lot easier.  My clients prefer Meister Task to Asana or Trello, so their days are easier too.

looks like a great app for people who use these things. I personally do everything in my head and spontaneously, and have never had need for such things. I never plan ahead, i just do what i need when i need to do it and keep it all in my head, Always worked well till now. We never live in the present moment if we live by planners, And nothing ever goes as planned anyway

Is there a way to get it to work with Habitica or Trello? I love the design, if I knew earlier, I would start all my projects in Meister task.

Can you link it with things such as Gmail and Outlook? Otherwise I'd need to copy everything myself and in that case it wouldn't be worth it for me.
