Here are two great exercises for
improving dynamic knee stability after an MCL sprain. Keep the shoulders square
as the foot touches down at a 45 degree angle. The foot remains flat on the whole
body vibration platform for the entire exercise. Hold in a deep lunge. Hold your
head and chest up. Place the front of the foot on the platform while in a rear
foot elevated split squat position. Maintain balance as the platform
vibrates. The knee should not cave inwards. To maximize your recovery you have
to perform challenging exercises!
