INTJ – The ARCHITECT Personality (1/2) | MBTI

September 8, 2019

The combinations of 4 kinds of personality preferences defined by the MBTI theory make
16 unique personality types. The stronger your preferences are, the closer your personality is to
one of the defined 16 personalities. My personality type, for example,
is a strong ISFP type. So my personality traits are very similar to
the descriptions explained by the MBTI theory. There is good chance that you also find that
your personality is closer to one of the 16 defined personality types. When I realized my personality type, I felt so grateful to Briggs and Myers because they have explained
the type of my personality in detail even though they haven’t seen me in person. Being able to explain who you are personality-wise
in your own language is an amazing thing. It takes no little time to learn about
all the 16 personality types. Some people might think like
“Do I have to know all the personality types?” But the 16 personality types mean that you are living together with people with
diverse personalities. The more you know about
various personalities of people, the better you can understand their behaviors. Your communication becomes more comfortable, and you can be more tolerant
of the behaviors of others you don’t like because now you can understand
why they do so from a personality aspect. So it’s worth your time to learn about
the 16 personality types one be one. First, let’s see the 4 personality types
which belong to the Analyst role. The first personality is INTJ Personality,
aka ‘the Architect’ INTJs are usually the most intellectual people. They form just two percent of the population, and women of this personality type are especially rare, forming just 0.8% of the population it is often a challenge for them to find
like-minded individuals who are able to keep up with
their relentless intellectualism. There are representative man of INTJ such as
Zhuge Liang, a genius military strategist who served as the chancellor and regent of the state of Shu Han during the Three Kingdoms period in China, Walter White, a genius chemist who is the main protagonist of Breaking Bad and Lord Petyr Baelish, popularly called Littlefinger of Game of Thrones. And for your information as a small tip, one of the good ways to understand
the personality types is guessing which personality type of people
around you is, for example, your family members and friends. You will be able to get understanding
a deeper of personality when you start to understand the behaviors of others. INTJs are curious about many things in the world, so they become more and more intelligent over time. They are happy as long as they can continue
to learn what they want like a pure scientist. They are often a bookworm when they are young
because of the thirst for knowledge. They think deep thinking makes
everything possible. They think that even rules and traditions
need to be reevaluated at times. If they say something written in a textbook is wrong, it’s wrong in their logic. So they are usually stubborn. Sometimes, they make a one-sided decision
when they think right, and force their own ideas or ways on others. So they oftentimes hurt feelings of others they believe to be intellectually inferior. They don’t like a social gathering that much because generally, they are not interested in others’ emotions and needs. They don’t care about how they look, and particularly,
INTJ women are not like a typical woman. They get along much better with men. Usually, they don’t like a pinkish Barbie doll
in their childhood. And they kind of even hate the behaviors
that a typical woman does such as going around in groups or small talks. They prefer getting along with men because they think typical women
are too emotional and irrational. And they come to keep the women at a distance as a natural consequence. INTJs are the most independent ones
who sometimes think social customs are stupid. They are oftentimes are seen as insensitive
to emotions and cold-hearted. Sometimes, relatively less intelligent people
would feel that they are disregarded by INTJs. Their personality is logical, critical and judgemental. They feel lonely not because
they don’t feel loved, but because no one seems to understand them. One INTJ said that their personality is not
only a blessing but also a curse because they can’t help struggling
in human relationships.
