Hello Friends, We all know time is most important factor in our life and which is uncertain. We all have only 24 hours in a day. But Successful people use their 24 hour in such a way they get success after success. So, Today I am going to tell you the secret of time management with 10 important rules from Eat that Frog by Brian Tracy. Before starting over the rules you must know the three D’s of new habit formation decision, discipline, and determination. First, make a decision to develop a habit Second, discipline yourself to practice the habit until it become automatic and third, determined yourself until the habit is locked in and becomes a permanent part of your personality. Rule No.1. SET THE TABLE In personal productivity Clarity is perhaps the most important concept. Some people get more work done faster is because they are absolutely clear about their goals and objectives and they don’t deviate from them. For setting and achieving goals there is a powerful formula. It consists of seven simple steps: Step-1. Decide exactly what you want Example: If you have fitness goal the set a small goal like “ I WANT TO REDUCE 5KG by this month end.” Step-2: Write it down After you decide write it immediately on a paper. Step-3: Set a deadline on your goal Step-4: Make a list of everything you can think of that you are going to have to do to achieve your goal Like for reducing weight you will do 30 mins running, 30 mins exercise, you have to be in diet You can add your daily task also in this list. like, office,sleeping, bathing, etc.etc. Step-5: Organise the list into a plan which you can prioritise also. Step-6: Take action on your plan immediately. Step-7: Resolve to do something every single day that moves you toward your major goal. Clear written goals have a wonderful effect on your thinking. They motivate you and galvanize you into action. They stimulate your creativity and help you to overcome procrastination to achieve your goal. Rule No.2. Plan everyday in advance. Your mind, your ability to think, plan, and decide is your most powerful tool for overcoming procrastination and increasing your productivity The very act of thinking and planning unlocks your mental powers, triggers your creativity , and increases your mental and physical energies. When you have a project of any kind begin by making a list of every step that you will have to complete to finish the project from beginning to end. Organize the steps by priority and sequence. Lay out the project in front of you on paper so that you can see every step and task. Then go to work on one task at a time. Proper Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance. The Six-P Formula Rule No.3. Apply the 80/20 rule to everything what is 80/20 rule? 20 percent of your activities will account for 80 percent of your results 20 percent of your customers will account for 80 percent of your sales, 20 percent of your products or services will account for 80 percent of your profits There is never enough time to do everything But yes, we have enough time to do the most important task. If someone ask you have to eat a Frog which you can eat at any time then which time of your day you will choose to eat that frog. Author says the best time is morning to do this task. As because if you at first do the hard task completely. Then whole day whatever task you do it will be easy and you will not be tensed thinking about the frog you have to eat.
