Do you have anxiety? (TEST)

Hello, everyone and [welcome] back to A [mah] in today’s video We’re going to be doing an anxiety test now before we get into the actual anxiety test itself [I] want to tell you a bit [more] about [anxiety] and tell you a few facts about the condition one in 13 people worldwide Suffer from an anxiety disorder [that] means every 13 people that watch this video at least At least one of them will be suffering from anxiety Women have doubled the risk of developing an anxiety disorder Than men people who suffer from an anxiety disorder Often suffer from other mental health conditions along with their [anxiety] disorder the most common mental health illness that goes alongside Anxiety is actually depression. So people who suffer from Depression Often have anxiety and people that suffer from anxiety often have depression So they pretty much go hand in hand with [each] other [now] of course that’s not every single case, but [the] majority of people Do suffer both of them there are many different anxiety disorders out there? and I want to tell you the main ones that people suffer from the first one is gad and that stands for general anxiety Disorder and that [is] the main Anxiety disorder that people suffer from you have a panic disorder So panic attacks you have social anxiety disorder and that is when people become anxious in social situations you have post-traumatic stress disorder you also have Obsessive-compulsive disorder now let’s get on to the actual anxiety test this test is designed to see if you Have Gad so once again gad stands for general anxiety disorder So this test is designed to see if you have general anxiety not just one specific part of anxiety like social anxiety But to see if you as a whole have anxiety if you’ve seen my depression test video you will Understand how I do a scoring system [and] how the questions actually work for those of you that don’t know? How I do my mental health tests, I will explain to you [now] How they work I’m going to ask you a questions, and you are going to answer yes, or no You can either keep them in your head and remember your answers for each of the eight questions Or you can write them down on a piece of paper I will also leave that eight questions in the description Box down below So while I’m talking you can scroll down and read them for yourself [at] the end of the eight questions [I] will give you your results without further ado let’s get into the questions The first question is do you worry? Every day and feel as if you can’t control your worry the second question is do you worry about? Different activities [and] events that are happening in your life Question three are you constantly on Edge? Question 4 do you become tired easily? Question 5 does your worry? ControL what you do, or what you don’t do in your life question 6 do you get muscle tension or Heart palpitations question 7 do you have trouble concentrating? Question 8 do you avoid certain situations in your life? Now you’ve answered all the questions Let’s see if you are in fact suffering from anxiety If you answered three or less Yeses to the questions is highly unlikely that you are suffering from general anxiety disorder [you] probably just worry too much in your life, and Worrying is [normal] and when you worry or if you worry too much It doesn’t necessarily mean you’re suffering [from] an anxiety disorder Don’t forget everybody worries in their life It’s how you deal with that worry And what you worry about so to reiterate that point if you answered less than three Yeses to my questions [is] highly unlikely that you are suffering from an anxiety disorder if you answered over four yeses To these questions is highly likely that you are suffering from a general anxiety disorder [if] that was you and you entered more than four yeses then there’s ways around Controlling and helping your anxiety the first way to help your anxiety is Make an appointment with your local Gp. If you haven’t done so already Explain and tell your local Gp. How you are feeling and how it affects your life on a day-To-day, basis They will probably give you some sort of medication to help control your anxiety They will also more than likely Send you to a talking therapy session whether that’s an individual session or a group session whichever you prefer they will send you [two] which together can actually help you overcome your fears and your Anxiety the second point is you can get in contact with me or with my?     I got 6 yeses. I think I have social anxiety disorder but I am too scared to tell my mommy (rapid heart beat, sweaty, shaky, when I want to tell her) that’s how bad it is I think. When I’m in public I feel I’m being judged. I’m a ninth grade homeschool (have been since 7th grade) and when I see friends from 6th grade I try my best to avoid them and think that they are judging me. And I have the feeling of Rapid heart beat, sweaty hands/body when I see them. When I have to go to orthodontist appt, I get rapid heart beat sweaty hands and I get really shaky, I get asked if I’m cold lol. I want to tell my mom but I seriously can’t. Can you please help me if you read this ?

    I have social anxiety, panic anxiety, OCD. And my teachers still make me have little panic attack’s cause of showcases and etc but they don’t care about my mental health only about my grades :3

    I get super anxious when I drive. It feels like everything is closing in on me, every sound is intensified, voices are constantly running in my head, my breath becomes shorter. I can’t even sit still. i pray none of you have to feel what i feel daily. I don’t know if it’s an anxiety disorder but I finally built the courage to see a doctor. wish me luck!

    I get so nurvese when I go out even with my friends my stomach feels weird and I almost don't want to go. In class when I have to read something or talk in front of everyone I get so nurvese and I almost can't speak. I think I used to be depressed when my dad was still here I would often want to run away or sometimes even fall asleep and never wake up… I have no idea what this means but it feels good to get it off my chest

    I started vlogging, trying to make myself busy to stop the pain.. but then I would get so tired that I don’t want to do anything at all.. I’ll just lay down in bed thinking bout if I have a purpose in life.. then I would be sad and cry for hours then when I get tired from that. i would watch a show til the time passed

    Just to mention if you watch this video and get the score your need for anxiety please go visit a doctor asking for a test just to be sure don’t just walk away from this video and tell everyone “I have anxiety” please don’t say you do unless you were diagnosed by a doctor

    If you did get that score then that would be a sign to get checked

    I can feel my heart beat a little bit everyday it feels like my heart separated especially when i lay down but I don't struggle in my breathing and I also get little chesr pains. I get palpitations every middle of the night I just sit and relax then go back to sleep, then I've got muscle tension in the chest they're twitching or moving by themselves. My heart jumps sometimes when I lay down while I'm stilk awake, I can't lift things, I easily get tired, feels like I'm always sleepy, and cold feet, feels like I'm not in my own body. 2 months suffering MY CHEST XRAY, URINE, BLOOD, THYROID, ELECTROLYTES, THROAT ARE ALL NORMAL. What is this

    I have 5 disorders, bipolar, PTSD, ADHD, depression, anxiety. its hard to deal with five disorders it feels like someone is controlling you when they want,and now i don't feel good like almost every day even when im on my medicine. i have been dealing with this for 14 years. And sad thing is that i have no more options.😭

    * When I’m nervous or something I chew my lips up and they look horrible now.

    * When somebody I don’t know or if it’s just someone in my class that I don’t speak to, when they talk to me I freeze up and I loose my words and start stuttering and that’s not like me at all.

    * I tap on the table a lot or on anything without realising until somebody tells me.

    The list goes on so I think I might have anxiety, if I do can somebody tell me I’d appreciate it.

    a story…

    so… I already know I have depression and anxiety… but… the problem is… one day… I told my friend I had depression and I have suicide thoughts she said 'I have depression too but I'm still in the stage of feeling sad' that isn't depression… depression is feeling all of sad thoughts and a lot more stuff… but that friend made me feel so happy… and get better… I started to fight depression and anxiety but… she today said… she doesn't want to be my friend anymore, the reason? she 'can't' tell me… now I feel like I'm useless and not enough for my other friends… right now… after almost beating depression and anxiety… I got them back… and right now.. I feel so weak… when she said that… I felt like I got stabbed but I laughed it off… I always pretend as if I'm ok… and succeed but… I can't anymore… she told me to call her mom because she took care of me when I fractured my foot… I still have it fractured… now I have no one to help me… and my other friend had to go to a back surgery… and now I'm alone… I feel so alone even though I have thousands of friends… but they can't replace my true besties… I have 1 best friend… she's far away… and one of my special besties I have ever had died I could trust her with my secrets because she couldn't talk…I miss her…I love her, she was like a sister to me but she left… I feel so alone… I feel like a complete whore I don't know why… I think I do everything wrong… because every time I do something.. I do it wrong… help…

    I find it so hard to talk about my problems with other people, it's like I don't want anyone to really know whats going on in my head cause then I feel vulnerable as If they will use it against me in some way. I've had depression for about 2,5 years and it's gotten worse in the last year or so. That point where you mentioned avoiding certain situations is very relatable for me. If I have a bad experience with something I try everything I can to avoid it happening again. Every day I think about how hard life is and I worry about the future sometimes. I'm only 20..
