    According to my experience
1: Cheap Customers: They are too much demanding, Always want some discounts and try to make us remember that they are our old customers etc, they are headache, never understand our conditions, un-compromising and If they see a poor thing for $30 and High quality thing for $60 they probably go to the high quality seller and ask him to sell the same service for only $30,
2: Difficult Customers: Never try to understand our points, very rude and they place their order with the intention to cancel the order
3: Sophisticated Customers: very nice and genuine people, they understand our conditions and always ready for discussions
4: Affluent customers: never met one, 🙁

That is true. By giving the customer (no. 3) Some New information or Something Else that can build trust is Much Better Than just Think you (as a worker in a company) Know more About a product Than the customer.

I have meny stories from Where i live, and this is One of them:

One time, i want to buy a motorcycle. I went to the dealer and looked at his bikes. I asked a Lot of questions, just to hear his opinion on what bike he think is the Best, or if There was any difference…

The worker did not Know anything About the product he was selling. He thougt that the engines was the same in all bikes, just Because they look like each other, then he said the only difference was design and price. And that is not true. I know all the motorcycles in the shop, i knew any specifications on them, and There is a huge difference between them… so i dont trust that company…

Btw, Many people have same experience as me, but they dont Know that the workers do not know what they are selling

Great post. Keep it up?you say Many smart things that make sence and inspireres people

When they call and immediately ask what it costs…
    "It costs $4.3 Million!"
    …and just let that hang…
